Shut Down the War Machine is having a "calling in sick of the war" day for all students and workers, Friday October 26, 2007. Nation-wide here in the U.S., protests and picket lines are picking up, and students and workers are going to "call in sick of the war." Show your support and tell the people of October26.org that you are protesting along with them. Rally up some troops and promote the protest so more and more people participate. Go to the site and print out leaflets, posters, signs etc.... As I have posted before the extent of damage caused by the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, many have been murdered by the thousands, maimed, raped and tortured. It is of the up most importance that we do all we can to stop this unjust war. Not much more can be said to help convince you of the horrors that go on in these countries. But images work. So to the right are a collection of GRAPHIC images. Be warned, although they are censored, they are still graphic. Help your siblings in Iraq, they are dying, and it is this nation that is murdering them. Check out my new blog nomorewars-rare.blogspot.com which is about protests against wars around the world.
