Yet again, Michael Moore has given us another educating documentary. Sicko, shows us just how behind the American government is in health care. Many die because they are uninsured and can't get treated, and more are in debt because their insurance doesn't cover their needs. "What Can we do to fix this?" For starters, you can contact your congressman/woman and insist they become a co-sponsor of H.R. 676 -- "The United States National Health Insurance Act." It's sponsored currently by Rep. John Conyers and 76 other members of Congress. Call and write to each of the candidates running for President. Tell them you expect them to back H.R. 676, and to take the Senator Brown pledge. Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio refuses to accept his free, government-run health insurance until EVERY American is covered. Organize your own local HealthCare-Now! coalition. You can do it in your own neighborhood. Call your local media and tell them about your health care horror story. Many papers and TV stations have been running these since "Sicko" arrived in theaters. Tell the people around you whats going on. Bring people to see Sicko. Do your part! Demand Universal Health Care for all! If France, Canada, England, Cuba, and Mexico among others can do it, why can't the U.S.? We want Health Care! We Want Health Care! Support H.R. 676! We can make a difference! Health Care for all, and all for Health Care!
