What You Can Do About Global Warming!

Global warming is a danger that is here now. It is not a danger to deal with in a hundred years. It isn't even a danger to deal with in a few years. It is a danger that must be faced now! As we speak Los Angeles is droughting, Dallas is raining almost nonstop, New York is hotter than before, and this is only naming some of the less affected places. Greenland is losing too much ice mass, 57 cubic miles a year to be exact. If it were to completely melt, the world's sea level would raise 21 feet which is more than enough to drown all the world's low-lying islands and even some entire nations, like Holland. This melting is already affecting the ocean's currents and climates. We must do our part! REDUCE! REUSE! RECYCLE! Have seperate bins at home for paper, plastic, aluminum, and compost trash to recycle. That is pretty much all of your trash! Plant a tree! Switch to green power that is wind, solar, geothermal, and/or biomass powered. Use corn oil to fuel your car or better yet, ride a bike. Walk! Carpool!Public Transportation! Tell others what they can do to save the Earth. It is vital that we all do our part. It isn't too late. We can still save the Earth. We can make a difference!
